The project pursues the global objective to promote learning mobility of individuals and groups, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of organisations in the field of education and training.
The project will take 30 months to complete, with a partnership made up of five partners with complementary expertise, from Germany, Austria, Spain, Slovenia and Italy.
The focus will be made in how enhance innovative knowledge to the target groups, in order to promote social projects that may be addressed to broad population, under EU Programmes. We will work on how to enhance innovation in social organizations: reinforcing the functions and processes related to the identification of emerging needs and the development of new responses and stimulating the exercise of personal abilities linked to innovation (analysis of reality, creativity...)
Objectives:
The main objective of the Project is to empower the local population with fewer opportunities (i.e. women, immigrants and long-term unemployed adults) to train them in a transnational environment and to gain the sufficient know-how, knowledge, abilities and competences to create and be in charge of social projects that will offer better living conditions to their local community, from a cross-cutting perspective along with the Erasmus+ Programme priorities: inclusion and diversity inclusion, digital transformation, environmental sustainability, daily democratic participation.
